AVRUS designs, builds, and commissions audio visual systems ranging from boardrooms fit outs using the latest communications platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams to Learning & Teaching spaces and sports training facilities.

We take our clients’ vision and provide a full turnkey solution with consideration of the built environment and how the technology integrates within the space to work at it’s optimum.

Within the business, we have the capability to design and build highly custom solutions. However, common technology solutions we build are:

MANAGED SERVICE & SUPPORT

At completion of our projects, all our clients are provide with 12 months of basic service & support for their installed system. This generally covers any system faults or hardware failures.

Beyond this basic cover, we offer a range of managed service & support contracts. We understand that there is no “one size fits all”, so we make time to discuss with you what goals and outcomes are looking for in the service and provide a proposal to suit.

Some of our clients simply want a 6 monthly system health check while others look for a much greater level of support like onsite resident support technicians, for example.
