We were awarded this project by Arete (builder), following a consultant-led specification. As the project progressed, it transitioned into a design and construct project to better align with the requirements of existing technology-enabled spaces.

The main presentation space was equipped with three high-brightness projectors housed in motorised lifts, each projecting onto 150” motorised screens, supporting events with over 100 attendees. Meeting rooms were fitted with interactive LCD screens and wireless presentation functionality, designed to support effortless day-to-day collaboration.

Given the facility’s strong architectural focus, we meticulously ensured all AV integrations complemented the built design aesthetic.
