Gate8 emerged as a vibrant community hub with dynamic spaces serving a diverse range of tenants. As the project evolved, requirements shifted rapidly — and our team remained agile, working closely with all stakeholders to adapt without compromising the architectural integrity of the space.

The ground floor auditorium, used for both internal and external events, serves as the building’s focal point. This space is complemented by a host of other technology-enabled areas tuned to host meetings and functions, as well as a Background Music System centrally managed from reception.
